We value our clients and believe that honest companies do not need laws to treat their clients' data with respect. As a service provider, we are responsible for the protection and security of your data, so we would like to inform you about how we obtain, use and share your personal data, as well as the rights you have to control, protect and manage your personal data. When processing, we respect and comply with all regulations regarding the protection of your personal data.​

How we obtain data

Data during purchase and registration
During the purchase, we request from you the data necessary for its equipment. Mandatory data are therefore not only those without which we cannot process and identify your registration - such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number and the subject of the order itself.

In our registration system, you do not enter any information that would directly relate to working with money in your accounts. In no case will we learn any other information, such as your login details or account balance.

News and consumer contests
If you give us your consent, we will keep your e-mail address also for the purpose of sending you information about offers that have interested you, special offers and other news. If you contact us or participate in a survey or consumer competition, we store information such as your name, contact details or the message or information you deliver or communicate to us.

Data collected during the use of our services
If you use our services, we also obtain data about how you use them. This is information about your interactions with our services, such as when you come to our site, what you search for on it.

We also store your reviews, comments and data about your completed orders.

We collect data about the devices and computers you use to access our services, including IP address, browser settings, information about operating systems, possibly information about your mobile device, information from which website you come to us, the pages you visit and information from cookies and similar tools in order to optimize website settings for individual users.

How we use data
We use the data we have collected about you for the following purposes:

Provision of our services
We use the data we receive from you during the creation of the order to equip it, or to remind you of it and inform you about changes and operational modifications related to the course, seminar or training order. We also need this data for our accounting and invoicing procedures.

The data and information we have obtained about you during the provision of our services serve us to ensure that your registration and the data available to you in it are up-to-date.

Communication with you
We use your contact information to send you our notifications related to the processing of orders and the provision of services or if we want to respond to your contact, when you ask us what is happening with your order, you want to report to us, for example, a new address, or you ask us to change your data in your order. We also process your contact information and information about your purchases in the event that you complain about the delivered services.

If you have given us your consent, we also send you commercial information by e-mail about news and current offers that may be of interest to you. You can easily cancel the sending of these e-mails by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" option in the received e-mail or by writing us an e-mail about not receiving commercial communications.

Improving and personalizing our services and marketing
We also use the data we store to improve and personalize our services, including for marketing. For example, we use data about your purchase history and the services you have purchased from us in order to be able to recommend similar services that you have shown interest in and to display content that is relevant to you on our site.

We also use information about visits and movement on our site and its individual sections and displayed products for advertising and marketing purposes, on our website and on other websites related to the subject of our activity (yoga). We also use this information for analytical purposes to understand how people use our website and to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

Safety and protection of rights
We also use your data to ensure the security of the services provided, to respond to claims that have been made against us in proceedings before state and other authorities that control our activities, and to be able to enforce the claims that we have incurred.

To whom we make the data available
We do not disclose, make available, or provide your personal data to any other entities, except in the situations described below:

If you require it from us
We publish or make available personal information if you ask us to do so. We publish when you use the community functions of our website, Facebook page and post a review, photo or comment.

We also make data available to third parties in the case of a delivery service, if you chose it when ordering, e.g. Czech Post.

We also need your personal data - first and last name, address, date of birth, email and/or phone number to provide services and fulfill contracts.

Your personal data and invoicing data that we absolutely need to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.

Cookies
We also use cookies and similar tools for all the above purposes.

 

Legal basis
In accordance with the requirements of legal regulations on the protection of personal data, we must inform you about the legal basis for the processing of your personal data, which are:

Fulfillment of the contract - in the case of ordering goods, but also in the case of your participation in a consumer competition.

Consent - especially in connection with the sending of commercial communications about news and current offers, or other forms of marketing, in the case of sending communications about jobs or when including candidates in the candidate database. Each given consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time, but this does not affect the legality of the processing before its withdrawal.

Fulfilling our legal obligations – when keeping data about you and your order in our accounting or when making data available to state and other authorities that supervise our activities or that resolve disputes or enforce decisions.

Our legitimate interest – in the improvement and personalization of our services, certain marketing activities, or in connection with security and protection of rights, as we stated above. In these cases, we always carefully consider whether the processing will not constitute an unreasonable interference with your rights. Analytical and advertising services
We also work with partners who provide us with analytical and advertising services. These allow us to better understand how users use our website, place our advertising on the Internet and measure its performance. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your interaction with our services and other sites. These companies include Facebook (Facebook pixel), Google (Google Analytics), Google Adwords, Seznam (Sklik).

Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored in your browser or mobile device while browsing the web. Pixels are small images or "pieces of code" found on a website or in an email that collect information about your browser or mobile device, and some of them may also store cookies.

Individual cookies have a different period of "durability" - a different time of storage on your device. Some cookies are deleted from your device after you close the browser window, others remain stored on your device even after you finish browsing our website. Cookies can be deleted from the search history in the settings of your internet browser.

At some of our lessons, seminars or trainings, we take photographic documentation or a short video recording. We use photos from events in promotional materials, especially on the website and social networks (Facebook, Instagram). You will never find the names of the participants in these materials, unless it is a reference and that is based on consent. Use of cookies
Cookies allow us to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time so that you do not have to re-enter them every time you return to a website or move from one website to another.

Cookies also help us understand what interests you on our website, whether it is clear enough for you and whether you can find what you are looking for on it. We also use cookies to improve the user experience. Cookies can also record other information such as the number of visitors to our website or which subpages of our website you visit most often. They are also used to show you advertising and site content that is relevant to you based on your interests and needs.

Functional and technical cookies – these cookies ensure the proper functioning of our website. Without these cookies, our website would not function properly, their use is unavoidable, and therefore we do not require your consent to store and access them.

Analytical cookies – these cookies are used to obtain data on the number of visitors to our website, information on searches performed on our site and also to determine how you move around our site so that we can make it as easy to use as possible. As we have taken measures to prevent their misuse (anonymization on the part of our suppliers) and at the same time implemented measures so that you can easily control and limit the use of these cookies, we do not require your consent for their use. For these cookies, we use the solutions of the above-mentioned third parties.

For legal reasons and to prevent damages

We may also store or make your data available to other persons in order to comply with obligations arising from legal regulations, from the requirements of state and other authorities, to assert our claims or to defend ourselves in proceedings where others assert them against us.

The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal data for these reasons include, for example, courts, state and other authorities responsible for exercising control over our activities, resolving disputes or enforcing decisions, or our lawyers, accounting consultants and auditors.

How we protect your data
We work very diligently to make sure that your personal information is safe. In accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, we implement all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Electronic data is stored in a protected database on a server owned by us or reserved for us. We protect the database containing personal data against its damage, destruction, loss and misuse. How long we keep the data
We keep personal data related to the activities of our studio for a standard period of ten years.

How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your rights by sending an e-mail message or a written request to our contact details listed in the Contact Us section.

Right of access to data
You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data about you is being processed, and in the event that we are processing your personal data, we will provide you with information about what data we are processing about you, for what purpose, to whom your personal data was provided, whether were transferred to a third country and how long we will keep your personal data.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
You have the right to delete your personal data that we process about you, if the following conditions are met and legal conditions do not apply:

the data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained

you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for their processing you refuse, based on your specific situation, the processing of your personal data, processed on the basis of a legitimate interest and the legitimate reasons for the processing do not prevail, or you refuse the processing for the purpose of direct marketing personal data were processed illegally.

In the event that your personal data is published and you exercise the right to erasure with us, we will also delete this published personal data. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised the right to erasure and should therefore delete all references to your personal data, if this is technically possible, taking into account the available technology and the costs of carrying out these measures.

Right to restriction of processing
You also have the right to ask us for a temporary restriction of processing in the following cases:

  • if you believe that we are processing incorrect personal data about you, until the correctness of this personal data is verified

  • the processing of your personal data is illegal and you decide to request the restriction of their processing instead of erasing your personal data

  • we no longer need the personal data for processing purposes, but these are needed for your own purposes of proving, exercising or defending your legal claims

  • in the event that you refuse the processing of your personal data until the verification period or the legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data outweigh your legitimate interests

Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data that we process about you based on your consent and/or contract and we process it by automated means, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can transfer this data to another person, because if it is technically possible, we will transfer your personal data directly to the operator of your choice at your request.

The right to object
You have the right to refuse, for reasons relating to your specific situation, the processing of your personal data, which is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, including the right to refuse profiling based on our corrective interest.

You also always have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed for direct marketing purposes.

If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with your complaint. We would appreciate it if you first inform the studio about this suspicion so that we can correct any errors. You can use the right of access at any time and ask us to document within 30 days what personal data we are processing and why.

We would like to assure you that our collaborators and employees who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and about security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. At the same time, this confidentiality continues even after the end of contractual relations with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any other third party.

We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on the decision of the European Commission.
